High Octane Trades: Technically Guided Stock Picks

SERVICE GUIDE

This guide is meant to illustrate the unique features of , to explain how the service works, and to define the expectations of the service.

DELIVERY OF INFORMATION

The method of delivery will be via email overnight. When the team has identified, evaluated, and approved a trade to act on, a "HOT Stocks selection alert" email will be sent to each subscriber describing the candidate, what our target entry, target exit, and stops are, and our risk management strategy. Stock selection alerts will also have notes identifying which WallStreetTeachers strategy we are employing in the execution of the specific trade. On the rare occasion where we have mid-day course correction, we will send an interday alert to change an exit. Should we see a special opportunity, we will send an alert with the new trade. We will also send weekly market reports and summaries of the week’s trading.

WallStreetTeachers.com and its staff cannot be held responsible for delivery problems with any email provider. If delivery problems occur, WallStreetTeachers.com recommends that the subscriber insert the Email address, HOTstocksWST@yahoo.com, into his/her email provider’s address book to avoid the possibility of emails being diverted into bulk mail folders. WallStreetTeachers also recommends that subscribers who trade via both desktop computer at home and notebook computer while traveling use an email service that can be accessed from either, such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

TIMING AND EXECUTION

The success of is predicated on good timing and execution. As such, when a HOT Stocks selection alert is delivered, if it meets your trading criteria and you choose to act on it, prompt execution is often critical to the success of the overall trade. Most alerts will be sent prior to market open; however, there may be circumstances where we have certain criteria met inter-day that we want to take advantage of, in which case there will be alerts sent inter-day. For this reason we highly recommend to subscribers that you check your email regularly during the trading day or set up a "you’ve got mail’ alert if you have access to one, so you can be ready to execute all the trades that you may choose to when the HOT Stock selection alerts are delivered.

In order to provide the best service to our subscribers, WallStreetTeachers’ will be providing an auto-trade service with ThinkorSwim. It will be made available to subscribers 30 to 60 days from the initial date of service. Information will be emailed to subscribers under separate cover.

FREQUENCY OF SELECTIONS

stock selection service is focused on quality, not quantity. We strive to deliver the highest probability selection alerts that can result in rewarding results. We never want to ‘chase’ a trade just to be active in the markets. We will look for the best possible picks with the best probability for high returns in mind.

HIGH RISK/HIGH REWARD INVESTMENT RETURNS

As a subscriber, you must understand that the potential for extraordinary gain is nearly always offset by extraordinary risk. This is true in any trading scenario. However, responsible trading, risk management, and reserving a major portion of one’s portfolio can help to protect against losses. Also, we will be using stops frequently, and employing other strategies at times. So for example, it would not be unexpected to earn double digit returns for one implemented trade during a short holding period (a week, for instance).

HOLDING PERIODS

There is no ‘set’ rule that we follow for holding periods, however, we do want to give each trade ‘time’ to reach an objective. We will generally set a ‘potential’ holding period for a trade, but will send notice of our imminent buy or sell with the strategy we are using on the trade in a separate HOT Stocks selection alert. Be mindful that our holding periods could be (set at or extended to) hours, days or weeks.

TOP PICK ALERTS

The preferred method of delivery is via email. Two examples below show the HOT Stocks selection alert format:

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Exit at the Market - TITN, 1410PM, Tue 3/25/08: Out of TITN at 20.64 after big one day gain of 12% and failure of 50 and 200 SMA's on the one minute chart. Nice gift that could get much bigger, but short term extended and breaking down on the one minute chart. Momentum stalled. Great one day move!

CPST, GILD and BRKR also up big today.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Buy to OPEN - DLM Tue 3/25/08: with a stop placed below $9. Food stocks doing well and nice wave three SnapBack up.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to make 5-10% net returns per month. Annualized, we have expectations of doing 60 to 120%/year.

RISK MANAGEMENT – RESPONSIBILITY

One word of caution, which should be emphasized: Trading is a HIGH RISK activity: when you place a trade under any circumstance, including if you should choose to follow our HOT Stocks selection alerts, only a small portion of your portfolio should be allocated to any trade. We recommend that no more than 5-10% of your overall portfolio be dedicated to any single stock selection.

As a trader, it is entirely your responsibility to determine your own risk tolerance and position size for each trade you decide to make. Using a consistent number of shares for each trade you make is generally NOT considered good risk management. Since each trade you decide to place could be at a different entry price, the risk could be significantly different from trade to trade. Determining and setting Risk Tolerance Rules and using them in conjunction with a Consistent Cost Plan is an example of a more sound risk management practice, since each trade could be a different number of shares, yet still represent a similar cost, and could therefore be consistent with your own pre-determined risk tolerance criteria.

We encourage sound money management strategies, planning, and discipline. WE DO NOT ENDORSE RECKLESS TRADING BEHAVIOR. It is your responsibility to manage your account to reflect your individual needs, limits, and objectives. Further, we are not responsible for delivering any specific commentary related to a trade; we do not offer, nor is anything we say to be construed as, ‘individual investment advice’. We advocate planning a strategy that takes into account your unique situation, exercising discipline in following that plan, and checking your account frequently to make sure timely trades have been made. Please read our disclaimer at the end of this guide. Also, be sure to read the TERMS of SERVICE document before signing up for.
